An official trailer has been released for the upcoming horror thriller movie Saw X.
Set between the events of Saw I and II, the tenth installment in the Saw franchise, Saw X, will see actor Tobin Bell return as John Kramer, as the film explores the untold chapter of Jigsaw’s most personal game.
According to the official synopsis — a sick and desperate John Kramer travels to Mexico for a risky and experimental medical procedure in hopes of a miracle cure for his cancer – only to discover the entire operation is a scam to defraud the most vulnerable. Armed with a newfound purpose, the infamous serial killer returns to his work, turning the tables on the con artists in his signature visceral way through devious, deranged and ingenious traps.
The movie is directed by Kevin Greutert, who also directed Saw VI and Saw 3D, and will also star Synnøve Macody Lund, Steven Brand, Michael Beach and Renata Vaca.
Saw X is scheduled to be released in theaters on September 29th, 2023.
