Eurovision Song Contest 2017 goes to Portugal

Portugal have won the 2017 edition of the Eurovision Song Contest with their entry sung by Salvador Sobral with his ballad Amar Pelos Dois.

The song was written by his sister Luisa.

Amar Pelos Dois translates as For the Both of Us. It received a winning 758 points.

The contest this year took place at the International Exhibition Centre, Kiev, Ukraine as Ukraine won last years contest.
